Multiple Carriers and Integrations
One of our partners was struggling to keep up with their increasing parcel volume, a nice problem to have. We took the time to analyse their shipping data and recommend various carriers, each suited to the products they were sending. In doing so, we spread their volume across multiple carrier networks by utilising a single collection vehicle and consolidating their parcels for the carriers. Using our software and integration cut their label generation time in half and the free time created in the warehouse ensured more time to despatch the growing number of daily parcels, without the need for extra staff. Our single point of call customer service team offered ongoing support with the new carrier choices which ensured the transition was seamless.

A different kind of service
We've worked with many businesses and none are alike. Each opportunity can bring it's own unique challenge. Fragile or bulky products can require special handling during transit. One of our carrier partners has a dedicated division, especially designed for these items. We were tasked with providing a solution sending roof boxes. These are notoriously difficult items for mainstream carriers due to their volumetric size but light weight. Our solution offered the necessary care and attention in transit, whilst remaining competitive on price. Customers received their orders on-time and undamaged. Our experience in packaging these parcels was priceless to our customer along with the ability to match the best carriers, setting us apart from other logistics providers.

Start up Business
One of our most successful projects involved partnering with a relatively new start-up business. They noticed a gap in the market for products they were delivering on their own vans and wanted to grow their business in the e-commerce market. Too often we find this can be a chicken and egg situation, you can't offer competitive delivery rates until you are sending the higher volumes, but you can't get the higher volumes because your delivery costs are not competitive. We were able to find a solution that helped prove our flexibility when it comes to carriers, service and partnerships. This customer now sends 1,000's of parcels on a weekly basis.
